1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the prk92 platform, including the website at prk92.win, the prk92 Android app, and all games, betting markets and account features available through these channels. By registering an account with prk92, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and prk92. Using the platform in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, playing games, placing bets, or requesting withdrawals — constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you are not willing to accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.

prk92 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use prk92, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. prk92 is strictly an adult platform. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended pending verification, and any funds held in that account may be withheld.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts or participating in online gaming, you are not eligible to use prk92.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one account on prk92. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your name or shared with others — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• Personal use only: prk92 accounts are for personal use only. Commercial use, acting on behalf of a third party, or operating an account primarily for someone else's benefit is not permitted.

prk92 does not make any representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in the location from which you access it. prk92 does not hold or claim any specific government approval, licence or official endorsement from Pakistani regulatory authorities.

3Account Registration

When you register an account with prk92, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. prk92 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your account details with anyone. Any activity that occurs on your account while it is logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally performed that action.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact prk92 support immediately at [email protected]. prk92 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those losses resulted from a failure to keep credentials secure.

prk92 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or as part of an account review. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4Deposits

prk92 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and the current options are displayed on the deposit screen within your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Using a third party's payment account to deposit is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your prk92 PKR balance quickly. If a deposit does not appear within the expected time, contact support with your transaction reference.
• prk92 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside prk92's control.
• prk92 reserves the right to decline deposits from payment accounts where the source of funds raises concern or cannot be verified.

5Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of funds from their prk92 PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within one to three hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. This is a standard security measure and applies to all players, particularly where a withdrawal is the first one requested or where it is significantly larger than previous transactions.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, any wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless they were matched by a bonus with stated conditions.
• prk92 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or other Terms violations. In such cases, prk92 will notify the player and explain what documentation or action is required to resolve the hold.

6Bonuses and Promotions

prk92 offers promotions and bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit matches, free bets and game-specific promotions. Each promotion has specific terms attached to it, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits and minimum deposit amounts. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms.

• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is withdrawable.
• Time limits on bonuses are strictly enforced. Bonus funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated period will expire and be removed from your balance.
• Bonuses are intended for individual players for their personal entertainment. Attempting to exploit, abuse or systematically extract bonus value through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or irregular betting patterns is prohibited.
• prk92 reserves the right to cancel a promotion, adjust bonus terms, or void bonus-related winnings if there is evidence of abuse.
• Only one account per player is eligible for any single promotion. Duplicate registrations created to claim a bonus twice will result in all associated accounts being closed.

7Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets on prk92 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. For sports betting, bet settlement is based on official results as reported by the relevant governing body (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, or the ICC for international matches).

• Bets placed in error — for example, on the wrong selection or at a stake higher than intended — cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or bet — whether a live casino stream drop, a slot game freeze, or a sportsbook system error — prk92 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
• Winnings arising from a demonstrable system error, display glitch or incorrectly posted odds will be voided. prk92 is not obligated to honour payouts that arose solely due to a technical error on the platform.
• Sports bets are settled according to the final official result of the event. Protests, appeals or result changes made after settlement will not automatically lead to bet resettlement unless the official governing body revises the result.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on prk92. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account, or creating accounts on behalf of others
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions or display errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Coordinating with other players to fix, rig or manipulate game outcomes in sports betting or multiplayer games
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds of illegal origin
• Sharing your account credentials with other people or allowing others to play on your account
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider

9Responsible Gaming

prk92 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gaming in a responsible way. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set a time alert that notifies you when you've been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During an active self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or access your account.

10Account Suspension and Closure

prk92 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if:

• A player is found to have violated any part of these Terms
• Identity verification documents are not provided when requested
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or illegal conduct
• A player requests account closure through the self-exclusion process
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and the player has not responded to contact attempts

Where an account is suspended under investigation, any balance held will be retained during the review. If the investigation concludes with no violation found, the balance will remain available. If a violation is confirmed, prk92 may forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily should contact prk92 support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after standard verification.

11Privacy and Data

prk92 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing and platform use. How this data is collected, stored, used and protected is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering with prk92, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12Limitation of Liability

prk92 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is operational and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages and other factors outside our control may affect platform availability.

• prk92 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions or connection failures that are outside our reasonable control.
• prk92 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• prk92 is not liable for the decisions a player makes about how to bet or play, including the outcomes of those decisions.
• In cases where prk92 is found to have direct liability for a verifiable technical error that resulted in a player loss, liability is limited to the value of the affected stake.

13Changes to These Terms

prk92 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players through an in-app notification, an email to the registered address, or a notice displayed on the platform. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without specific notification.

The date shown at the top of these Terms reflects when they were last updated. If you continue using the platform after updated Terms have been published, you are considered to have accepted the changes. If you do not accept updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
