Visit the Register page and fill in your first and last name, a valid email address or Pakistan mobile number, a password, and your date of birth. Confirm you're 18 or older and agree to the Terms and Conditions. A verification message will be sent to your registered contact — click the link or enter the code to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. prk92 allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different email addresses or mobile numbers — violates the Terms and Conditions and can result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the Login page to recover it or contact support.

On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter your registered email address or mobile number, and a reset link or code will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in that message to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the message doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you still can't recover access, contact support at [email protected].

No documents are required at the point of registration. Identity verification — typically a CNIC copy — is only requested when you make a withdrawal above a certain amount or when your account is flagged for routine checks. This is a standard security process and applies to all players at some stage.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. Contact details can be updated from there — you'll need to verify the new email or mobile number before the change takes effect. Keeping your contact details current is important because they're used for security verification and account recovery.

You can use the permanent self-exclusion option in Account Settings, which will close your account with no option to reopen it. Alternatively, contact support at [email protected] and request account closure. If you have a remaining PKR balance, it can be withdrawn before closure is finalised.

prk92 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is needed — your local Pakistan mobile wallet or bank account works directly. The deposit screen shows all currently available methods along with their minimum amounts.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within a few minutes. Raast transfers are usually instant. Bank transfers can take longer — anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods or 3 hours for bank transfer, contact support with your transaction reference.

Yes, minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed on the deposit screen when you select your preferred method. These amounts are set at a level that keeps the process practical for most Pakistan players and are shown in PKR.

Wait 15 to 30 minutes first — sometimes there's a processing delay. If the balance still hasn't appeared, email [email protected] with your account username, the deposit amount in PKR, the date and time of the transaction, and the JazzCash transaction reference number. The team can trace the payment and credit it manually if it went through successfully on the JazzCash side.

No. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Using someone else's payment account — including a family member's — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and can cause delays or suspension of your account. This rule also applies to withdrawals, which go back to the same method used for the deposit.

Platform deposit limits apply and vary by payment method and account verification level. Players can also set their own voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly — through Account Settings. These self-imposed limits take effect immediately and are recommended as a responsible gaming practice. To increase a self-set limit, there's a cooling-off delay before the change activates.

Select your preferred payout method — withdrawals go to the same payment account used for your deposit — enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the request. Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers generally take one to two business days. Pre-match bets can be cancelled within a short window after placement, if the cash-out or bet cancellation option is available for that market. Currently the dedicated app is Android only. iPhone and iPad users can access the full prk92 platform through the mobile browser — go to prk92.win in Safari or Chrome on your iOS device. When an update is available, you'll typically see a notification inside the app or on the Download page.
